Very good

Liked: I liked the building and the room was clean and used the space in a clever way.
Disliked: I hated the check-in experience. It's too many steps. First book thru booking.com then there were several other steps and I still was on the phone holding for customer service for 15 mins. Then I had to get the code and figure all that out. I don't always travel with a plan and often roll into a town and need a place to stay on the fly. The process here was a pain and I miss the front desk concierge!

Liked: We liked the room and the location was great.
Disliked: The check in process was horrible! We did a virtual check in and then waited for over an hour for an email with our door code. When we didn't receive the email, we called the management office number and we were told we hadn't paid for the reservation. We then had to wait for the management team to confirm that the payment was completed through booking.com. Very disappointed. Won't stay there again and won't recommend.

Liked: location is great, the design of the room is lovely and kind of modern to me. it's also quite. street parking for a fee. the lobby is under construction, all contactless self check in.

Liked: It was very clean, spacious, the snack, waters & coffee&tea were great, had all other extras like shampoo, conditioner, lotion, makeup removers. Just an over all 5 out of 5 !! Would def stay again if ever back in the area.
Disliked: The only thing I didn’t care for was the bed basically on the floor.

Really Lovely and Peaceful -...

Liked: Pretty much everything in the room was good to great. The pre-checkin was easy and it made check in day super easy. The entry codes were sent in a timely manner (there is no real check in desk). The room was very spacious, clean and well appointed: the bed was comfy. It was nice to have a microwave and small refrigerator (saved my Oakmont Bakery treat!). The Team was very attentive. It was nice to be able to get extra supplies from their storage cabinet. Will stay here again next week for my Mom's funeral as it's a peaceful spot. Also, I liked the church next door - just brough a nice, serene "energy" if you will (not a religious thing, just the beauty of the building is lovely).
Disliked: The steps into the hotel were a bit challenging with heavy luggage, but there is an elevator once you get in. The TV could have been a bit bigger, but that's nitpicky.The lighting in the room was a bit of a puzzle and a little dim, but again, not a huge issue.
