Superb hotel

Liked: This is a well appointed, well maintained and thoughtfully curated hotel from the lobby, to the rooms and the hammam, pool and gym down to the quality details and personal touches from the pen, bath towels, Turkish towels and hammam soaps and lotions. All the hotel staff are professional, kind, considerate and caring and truly value this in any setting. Location is on a quiet street, low key and accessible to everything from mid-town to Chelsea and East to West. Quality is top notch exceptional and grateful for the experience.

Would return, but breakfast service...

Liked: A good hotel with very friendly staff, clean, modern and well equipped. The location was good and getting to most places in Manhattan was simple on foot.
Disliked: Breakfast was good and tasty, but the service often very slow. They appeared short staffed most mornings.

Family holiday

Liked: The location of the hotel was excellent and beside a subway station. The rooms were a good size and not noisy.
Disliked: There was a very small bar, which was very expensive. Our final bill had someone elses bar tab on it. We asked reception to recommend somewhere for food which was not good and had a sanitary rating pending on their window. We left our suitcases on the last day at the hotel after we checked out as we had an evening flight and when we returned to the hotel we asked if we could use the restrooms and were told as we were no longer paying guests we were not allowed to use them but then they let us use them if we were quick, we were very unhappy as we had stayed for 4 nights, a family of five and it had been very expensive. I would nt recommend this hotel.
