Exceptional

Not great.

Liked: The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk to our favourite shops and the town centre. Parking is a little confusing, but the staff helped us figure it out. The bed was comfy, and we had no noise from the pub downstairs. Although we did stay on a Sunday, I imagine this would be different on a Friday or Saturday night.
Disliked: The TV didn’t work, no channels would load. The room was unbearably hot even with the windows open. The toilet was dirty, the kettle was dirty, there was either black grime or black mould in the corner of the shower (to be honest - didn’t want to look too closely) and there were some stains on the walls. We went for food downstairs and our main course came out quickly but we waited almost an hour for our dessert.

Nice budget friendly stay

Liked: Good budget friendly rooms in the centre of Glastonbury, comfy bed and room was clean. Came with a fan in the room and tea n coffee facilities.
Disliked: Nothing, all good

Centre of town with free...

Liked: Friendly staff and a great location in the centre of the town opposite the abbey with free parking available. The room was clean, spacious with a fantastic view of the abbey and the Tor. Bed was comfortable and the large bathroom had a good shower.
Disliked: The pub was a sports pub not really to our liking but may suit others visiting.
