Liked: Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Oh my the bed ,linens were so comfortable. You will not be disappointed if you stay at the Mark Spencer Hotel.

Liked: Room was clean, nice hotel. Loved the kitchen in the room. Front desk staff upon check in was amazing as well as the bell boy.
Disliked: Someone else’s food was left in it fridge, front desk staff upon leaving was rude. If your on the bottom floor, be prepared to hear every move the people above you make.
