Comfortable cozy room. Throughly enjoyable...

Liked: The room has a masculine vibe due to the wood paneling. Cozy but roomy. Very comfortable bed. Nice closet space. Location is close to the High Line which is lovely to walk in the morning.
Disliked: Saturday night the outside traffic noise was a little loud but is it NYC so not much you can do about that. The other nights were fine.

One night at the quirky...

Liked: Great location close to Chelsea Market, The Highline and The Meatpacking district. Comfy beds. Good accessories and toiletries in the room. Light continental breakfast provided until 10.30am. Quirky decor to match The Maritime…feels like staying in a ship!
Disliked: We stayed on the 2nd floor, which had no view - just a wall in front of the window. We were only staying for 1 night as we missed our check-in time for flight back to London, so the view wasn’t an issue. However, if staying longer I’d have requested a room with a view. There is also a nightclub in the basement of the hotel, which can be heard from one end of the 2nd floor (lower numbered rooms to left of lift). Free earplugs help!

Disliked: The bed made a weird thumping noise which bothered us when trying to sleep - something about how the bed attached to the bed frame.
