Good location and quiet

Liked: It was an ideal location for the visit, Rooms are a good size with a large on suite bathroom with a bath (always a bonus these days). It was also surprisingly quite, although there is no lift just stairs. The reception staff couldn't be more helpful, especially when told we we would need to change hotel, after explaining our reasons for booking this location, the receptionist took about 10 minutes to sort out the problem
Disliked: We had room 12 which meant a lot of stairs, not the best thing for anyone with mobility issues

Worst stay ever.

Liked: Nothing, it was dirty, stains on the floor and no lift access when I told them my friend had arthritis
Disliked: Stains on the floor, no lift, room smelt disgusting, address on booking.com doesnt take you to the hotel so we were late for a reservation, we asked to move rooms and they said no
