Classy

Liked: Like the room, it was comfortable, seemed like a nice hotel but we really just slept here! Cute freebies in the lobby on arrival too.
Disliked: Booked 10 months in advance for the marathon and it was the cheapest I could find for one night. So slightly out of area for me personally but it seemed over priced even then.

Superb

Liked: The staff were all incredibly nice. The rooms were a lot larger than I expected. The shower was amazing. It is very well placed with lots of shops, cafes, restraunts and public transport options around about.
Disliked: The only negative is that the rooms aren't soundproofed very well so you can hear a lot of banging, doors closing and the people above you walking around a lot.

Great hotel! Great location and...

Liked: Excellent location and exceptional staff. As I arrived on my birthday, the staff added so many lovely extra touches to make the day special. So friendly and welcoming and did all the good to make me feel welcome.Room was big, nicely furnished and lovely and cool given it was so hot when I stayed. Bed was comfy. Shower was amazing! Good tea and coffee facilities and a little fridge. Lovely little treats in reception and free bottled water which was a nice treat too!
Disliked: Some parts of the room and hotel were a little tired but that doesn’t matter when the service is so good!

Liked: Clean good location, staff very good
Disliked: Strange shaped room. L shaped and tightly packed. Didn’t want to use TV but if we did it would have to viewed from foot of bed at right angles, no way to watch from in bed. No room to open case and leave open
