Park Grand Marble Arch

Liked: Location, breakfast, very friendly and helpful staffs, cleanliness, air conditioned rooms.
Disliked: Very small room with no view, room far too dark with badly insufficient lighting, bed far too soft and I had kept waking my hubby up at night, confusing Hotel name.

Staff was amazing and fit...

Liked: Location was great. Rooms were small but clean and had everything needed.
Disliked: Basement room was a bit stuffy and no view at all

Very good

Liked: The service was amazing and you always feel super well-received. They welcomed you to the hotel with little snacks in the afternoon.
Disliked: The breakfast space was a bit cramped and outdated in terms of style. The exterior of the hotel could benefit from some renovations to better reflect the exceptional service and customer experience they offer.

A lovely stay with accomodating...

Liked: Location was perfect. Room was nice. Reception staff were really welcoming.
Disliked: Breakfast ie fresh pastries was unappealing
