Excellent, comfortable beds, wonderful food...

Liked: Dining in the Brasserie is excellent and great value for money. They also serve delicious and varied breakfast options. Very attentive and accommodating staff, also if you want special orders. The Brasserie and the garden has a very pleasant ambiance.
Disliked: A very small thing: the surface of the tables in the Brasserie feels sticky. I’m sure it’s not due to lack of cleaning, but it’s a pity when everything else is such a high standard.

Disliked: We never went to or left our room the same way! It was like working our way through a maze! I thought that was a charming aspect of staying in an old historic building, but my husband found it very irritating.

Convenient and very comfortable.

Liked: Excellent breakfast. Good location. Very comfortable and well appointed room. Lovely Moulton Brown soap shampoo conditioner and hand cream.
Disliked: There was a problem with the plumbing so the hot water was dangerously hot- no warning given. We are tall- the shower was too low.
