Liked: We got a complimentary upgrade. Fantastic suite. Delicious breakfast. Lovely staff.
Disliked: Only one complaint, the bright light outside left on all night, made the bedroom too bright. We both woke up a few times thinking it was morning! We're used to total darkness to be honest, however, black out curtains or blinds would have been welcome.

Liked: The staff were exceptionally warm, helpful and efficient. The food was varied and beautifully cooked. The Welsh breakfast consisted of the very best quality fresh ingredients. The view across the countryside from the living room was beautiful.

Liked: The room we were allocated gave us perfect space for a 3 night stay. Good freshly cooked breakfast. Quiet and peaceful.
Disliked: Not the hotels fault but we were there Mother's day weekend! All the nearby restaurants etc were very full.
