The location is perfect for spending time in the theatre district and it's near Central Park, too. It felt safe, with security in the lobby. Comfortable bed, room was clean, staff were friendly. Sure, it's old and plain, but who goes to New York to spend time in the room? Would have liked a mini-fridge though, just to keep snacks and drinks cool.

Disliked: No mini-fridge.

Stay somewhere else if possible

Disliked: Noise!!! run down throughout bed springs sticking out , rust in bathroom along cracked tiles, pot smell in hallways on a no smoking floor . Furniture falling apart and mismatched. Totally not worth the money .

Disliked: My room was dirty. Had ants in the room gave me a different room had stuff in the room different items from different people never cleaned. That was the second room they sent me too. They promised me a different location the next day that they take care of me that was a lie and now I’m waiting for what I hear from them. I have videos of the property that had ants in there. I can’t even do that upload pictures or anything like that. What I could’ve sent with stuff inside the room that shows from other people that was staying in that room but if you need me to send a video of my room, I’m more welcome to do that. Liked: The staff and location were fabulous!
Disliked: It's an old hotel, a bit rundown and the bathtub could be replaced...torn stained wallpaper, outlets and furniture were old...but was overall satisfied with my stay.
