Perfect location for shopping and...

Liked: Ideal location and fantastic staff. Great cocktails and reasonably priced evening menu was really delicious.
Disliked: Rooms could do with a little updating, especially the single rooms but still comfortable

Great Stay at the lovely...

Liked: We had stayed at The Manderville before but this was by far the best room we have had! The location is also perfect for the places we want to visit.

Good location.

Liked: Very nice location, near Marylebone village and Oxfird St.Staff very helpful., was upgraded after request to change rooms.
Disliked: Breakfast was cold and missing items .

Wonderful staff, positive stay in...

Liked: The staff were very polite, friendly, easy to talk to and made us feel very welcome. Everyone I spoke with was so lovely and helpful, couldn’t have asked for nicer staff! Even when there was an issue, it was sorted right away
Disliked: I was given a disabled room which made me feel bad as I wasn’t disabled and felt guilty having it. Couldn’t of been the only room that was disabled but I had to constantly remind my child not to pull the red leads in the room.
