A home away from home.

Liked: Location is EXCELLENT . Right on Marylebone high street, lots of very good cafes, restaurants , deli’s and high street shopping brands. On the other end is at Christopher’s place again with a great bunch of restaurants. The rooms are small but comfortable . The Linens are clean and room is cleaned thoroughly everyday. Concierge team is great! I had a package delivered to hotel before My arrival- it was collected and kept ready for me. They are also very helpful guiding you with different underground routes for the trains to get about london city. Special mention to Ian, Carlos & Ken - they are always so welcoming. Lastly, I requested a pretty late checkout - and although the hotel was fully booked they managed to move things around and give the room for longer . Appreciate the service.
Disliked: The hotel does not have a gym.

Disliked: One of the lifts broke while we were there and people were stuck for quite a while apparently. The front desk staff didn’t seem too concerned and hadn’t put an out of service on the lift. There was a second lift out of service while we were there. And stairs were not that easy to access

Disliked: Bath was small but guess that’s the norm for a London hotel.

Liked: Great location, and we had a very quiet and large room.
Disliked: Lack of plug sockets beside bed, and not possible to turn off overhead light without turning off bedside lights. Also the lift was not working and we had to use the staircase which is very rundown.
