Liked: Property was chosen due to its location, and easy walk into town. The staff made you feel at home, lovely breakfast room, tasty breakfast.
Disliked: A few cobwebs, which needed attention.

Liked: Lovely twin room overlooking the gardens. Breakfast was delicious the next morning. The housekeeper was super helpful.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike

As a single traveller I...

Liked: The house is beautiful, grand but with a homely family feel and somehow an air of past gentility, I only wish I had found it sooner on my numerous trips to Devon and Cornwall.
Disliked: I just wished I had booked a longer stay.

Quite simply, a delight!

Liked: The house is in a quiet location and surrounded with a beautiful garden.The interior of the house is quintessentially English and is comfortably and tastefully furnished.
Disliked: Perhaps a wider breakfast menu - more vegetarian options, wider selection of yogurts, and marmalade.

Liked: Delicious breakfast. Very comfortable stay. Quiet & peaceful.

A very enjoyable and satisfying...

Liked: Everything - the room, the amenities, breakfast, friendly owner and staff. We have stayed there before and have returned to it during this trip as well and will do so again if future trips brig that way.

Idyllic.

Liked: We each drove 3+ hours to reach Somerton, but once there we didn't drive until we left. We were made extremely welcome by our hosts. Fabulous garden, great food, extremely comfortable beds, and a five minute stroll to the centre of the town.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Beautifully served and delicious. As jazz fans we were so surprised to find the owner was a retired jazz musician which made our visit even more enjoyable
Disliked: Only slight criticism the shower was rather in need of updating
