Liked: Room lovely not enough tea coffee asked for more they sent a enough milk for one drink the breakfast at bold was good quality but cold both morning a put off

Disliked: Room was poor design, no plug sockets or light switches near bed. Double Bed wasn’t very big or comfortable, Small tv. Poor water flow on shower. Noise from other room toilets flushing. Used toilet paper in toilet when we arrived. Toilet had poor flush.Room 101.

Liked: Great location.Room was big and modern decor.Great breakfast on the second day unfortunately not on the first day.
Disliked: The bed was far too hard and all 4 pillows were very lumpy and very uncomfortable. Far too many emails from the second I booked the room. States parking is on sight but don't get told there's a charge till booked. You do get a discount to £8 for 24 hours for staying at the hotel but then get charged a extra 20p for convenience.Items cold and missing on the breakfast on the first day. Told the girl serving who asked if we could speak to her manager as she was worried about to being shouted at and crying again by the chef.
