Wonderful

Liked: Brilliant location for Newbury Race Course...the staff in the reception were amazing...my dad wasn't well and they provided a room next to the lift
Disliked: Only one disabled parking spot directly outside the hotel but plenty nearby

Inexpensive with large comfy bed...

Liked: Good reception staff and in the bar/breakfast. Large bed.Quiet. Great location near on the racecourse. Good room price
Disliked: Lift out of order. Room very small (taken up by bed largely)
