Liked: Really beautiful place, unique decor and stunning outdoor areas and bar.

It was a pleasant stay.

Liked: Our room was very nice, completely bed and good shower.
Disliked: There was no mirror over the dressing table and the only mirror was too far from the socket, so impossible to dry our hair in front of the mirror. The food was mixed, some dishes were really good and some rather mediocre, especially the overcooked eggs. We thought charging guests £20 per hour for early check in was much too high.

Liked: The location was nice the hotel was nice.nice food the outside seating was comfortable and quiet the room we were in loft was ok. I prefer to have windows. The sky lights were ok. Friendly staff
Disliked: I found the carpark was a bit mish_mash. I went to check in but waited about 20 minutes to find a member of staff. I asked a waiter. If anybody was on the desk but the barman and waiter was running round serving ect I had to wait further until they were free to check us in. It did lack the amount of staff they were rushing round but they were friendly. The bar is abit daunting on the small size the restaurant was ok but found it on the small size i found they both need an update decorating The bedroom what we stayed in was dark got hot the sky lights were low and I bumped my head few times I thought they were a hazard needs an updateBreakfast wasn't what we expected there was no cereals on the menu also there was only one choice per meal to choose from..I asked for extra the waiter was good and brought out what I asked for. Whereus I would of had to pay .seeing it was b&b. More choice for breakfast including cereals!!!!!! Overall we had a lovley weekend just minor things

Pleasant with a few set...

Liked: Good location. Room was well presented, and bathroom was lovely. Loved the fan as we had this on overnight due to the heat.
Disliked: Mattress and pillows were uncomfortable, neither myself or partner had a very good nights sleep. Unfortunately due to there not being a window in the room, it was very warm and even though the fan helped, it was still very hot overnight. For breakfast, the staff member was unfortunately on the phone when our food was ready. It ended up being under the heating lights in the kitchen for 4-5 minutes if not longer, the chef then rung the bell again. Sadly the maple syrup on the pancakes was caramelised and the pancakes were dry. My partner had eggs Benedict on a toasted muffin. Due to the time under the heat lamp, his knife was unable to cut through the muffin or prosciutto ham.
