Disliked: The closed pool and hot tub when told it was open before booking and the jack hammer outside our window all afternoon and very early the next morning before rising.

Liked: every thing delicious spacious bar area at the Alpine
Disliked: You needed reservations for breakfast ...Long waiting for all food related stuff at the restaurants. they did all they could staff was graceful. Whistle pig closes at 9 pm.

Liked: The hotel was very clean, entrance very welcoming. General facilities good. Great to be so close to the skiing.
Disliked: We found everything expensive so only ate once at the hotel then ate out the rest of the time. Disappointing that we paid a lot of money for a glass of wine in the foyer bar then it's served in a plastic glass. The pianist playing in the lobby on the Sunday and Monday evenings was not good enough to be playing publicly. We left the bar area because we couldn't stand hearing him play any more.

Poor

Disliked: The resort advertises a $25 breakfast on Booking but then they charge $30. The value of the breakfast they offer is around $20. The hotel offers coffee only in the morning when everyone goes to breakfast. At 6 am there was no coffee. Even the cheapest hotels offer coffee 24/7. And then the Spruce Peak dares to charge a $45 resort fee and say it is for the free coffee.
