I thought the hotel was very nice and comfortable. Cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful.

So disappointing.
Liked: What breakfast? If there was a breakfast available no one told us.
Disliked: I have stayed at the Lodge at Santa Fe many times in the last 6 years. This time we were upgraded (?!?) to a suite with balcony. What an complete disappointment . Dirty, smelly. The cabinets in the bathroom were gross, as was the shower and shower curtain. Small tack nails completely loose in the doorway to the patio. The patio was the only saving grace. We paid extra for our small dog. Why? I’m not sure. They clearly don’t clean after previous animals. That was evident from the smell and spots on the carpet. The dog dispensers scattered around the property were all empty for our stay. You guys need to get it together.

Disliked: There were many things that did not meet expectations. I would definitely not recommend this hotel. Essentially, a dingy hotel that is not maintaining its upkeep.

Disliked: Over priced in comparison to other 3.5 hotels in the area! Needs updating and additional of perks such as breakfast or complimentary happy hour. When youre in competition with other hotels you need some type of draw to standout. This hotel is not a 3.5

Liked: The room was spacious but I specifically filtered locations that included breakfasts so imagine our surprise when we enquired what time breakfast started and we were told "We don't have it; we're working on it" ...is this under new ownership? It seemed like the staff was likewise new and/or untrained as we were directed to the wrong wing of the lodge for our room. When I came back to the front desk to check again where our room was I was given a map of the facility.The front desk did recommend a couple of good places for dinner. If others were interested in staying here I would definitely recommend calling ahead and verifying ALL the amenities you want are ACTUALLY there and available.

Liked: The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable.
Disliked: Half of the hotels features were under construction. There wasnt even coffee or coffee cups in the morning. The bathroom fan was loud and rattly. The room small, side furniture very uncomfortable.this hotel is way out of town on the far side of the highw
