The Spotlight on The Line Hotel

Mid-Century Cool Meets Music-Lover Convenience

Modern, artistic, and right in the heart of Koreatown, The LINE Hotel is a vibrant base for concert-goers exploring Los Angeles. Housed in a sleek mid-century building, it’s just under 4 miles from Hollywood and major event venues, with a design-forward vibe, rooftop pool, and floor-to-ceiling views of the LA skyline.

Why Concert-goers love it

Music fans love the central location—you’re a short rideshare or Metro trip to major venues like the Staples Center and Hollywood Bowl. The 12:00 PM checkout gives you extra time to recover after a late night, and free Saturday yoga classes are a surprising perk for the morning after. The hotel is surrounded by late-night food spots and cool bars, so the night doesn’t have to end when the show does.

Who this Hotel is great for

- Groups of friends looking for a stylish crash pad
- Solo travelers catching a dream show
- Couples making a weekend of it
- Fans needing a peaceful post-show zone with great views
- Budget-conscious music lovers wanting quality and location

Food and Drink Options

The LINE doesn’t skimp when it comes to food. The rooftop Openaire Restaurant serves up shareable dishes made with seasonal ingredients, perfect for post-show bites or brunch the next day. There are three on-site restaurants, a mini-bar stocked with Korean and American snacks, and tons of walkable dining options in Koreatown. Late night hunger? You're covered.

Nightlife Options

While the hotel itself is more of a chill zone, you’re surrounded by Koreatown’s eclectic nightlife. From karaoke bars and speakeasies to rooftop lounges, your night out can easily extend after the encore. Back at the hotel, the vibe is relaxed—perfect for winding down with a drink and city views.

What People Say

Guests rave about the unique style, friendly staff, and awesome location close to public transit and LA’s top attractions. The views from the rooms and rooftop are a frequent highlight, and many love the buzzy yet laid-back Koreatown setting.

Areas for Improvement

Some guests mention that rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy—nothing a white noise app can’t fix. Parking is valet-only and can add up, so rideshares or Metro might be a smarter bet for concert-goers.

The Bottom Line

With its unbeatable location, late-night access, and rooftop vibes, The LINE Hotel is a perfect Koreatown launchpad for your next LA concert night.

Conrad, Rancho Santa Margarita, visiting The Wiltern

Room was very small, not worth the money. Parking way too expensive. Nice location.

Liked: The staff was real friendly.
Disliked: Downstairs turned into a nightclub - very loud.

Not great.

Liked: Location was convenient.
Disliked: The room was dirty and depressing. The AC was loud and inadequate. The front desk staff gave me incorrect information about my breakfast credit and therefore I paid for breakfast and thought I could use the credit at the Coffee Shop in the lobby, but that was incorrect so I spent much more money than I expected.

Decent room but the rest...

Liked: The room minus the carpeting
Disliked: The entire place is in need of updating. Especially the carpeting. The location is much worse than what you would expect from such an expensive stay. I found it less than ideal that a guest needs to request a coffee machine for the room rather than that being the standard. The restaurant being closed Monday and Tuesday is not ideal when you are a traveler who arrives early Monday evening. However the restaurant only had a B rating from the health department so that’s another problem. Charging 60.00 plus tax for overnight parking is quite the price gouge. Another thing is that the electric blinds will automatically start to lift which is quite loud during the middle of the night.
