Liked: Breakfast was pretty good. Wifi excellent.
Disliked: Poor bar service, staff ignoring parts of orders, because they didn't speak English. When asked about specific items, staff said hotel didn't provide, when we knew they did. The staff just didn't understand English so replied no. Lack of staff in BAR 35, we actually just left after waiting 15 mins. It was a shambles on 2 nights. Walls paper thin, could hear everything from adjoining room! For me, it doesn't feel like a 5 star. more 4 star.

A nice surprise with lounge...

Liked: This hotel was a nice surprise- a spacious room with great amenities including AC as we came during a heatwave. I would recommend the upgrade to the lounge access, which was one of the best parts of our stay. It was so convenient for breakfast, and we found ourselves enjoying happy hour on the patio, resting between a long day of activities and getting ready for our evening. We liked the hotel so much, that we cancelled reservations at another hotel later in our journey to come back and stay here again for our last 2 nights in London. We also ate dinner one evening in 35 Bar & Lounge, and the food was fantastic.
Disliked: I do have observations: one was that we reserved a similar room coming back later in our trip and it turned out to be a different room, without the same amenities. The difference in the bed and bedding was felt. Secondly, in both rooms, the bed was fairly hard and uncomfortable, we didn't sleep very well because of it.

Quiet luxury with great breakfast...

Liked: The breakfast offerings were excellent. Would have liked some dairy free options like coconut yogurt and blueberries. Very nice omelet by the chef.
Disliked: The hot vegetables (mushrooms, broccoli and cauliflower) lacked any seasoning or flavor.

Disliked: The photos were very misleading compared to the actual experience. Although the listing mentioned on-site parking, there was none available—we had to park nearby at an added cost of £170.The room itself was small and awkwardly shaped due to its corner position, losing usable space. The curtain provided did little to block light in the morning, making it difficult to rest.Housekeeping standards were also disappointing. A trolley was left in the hallway day and night, creating a hazard, and the housekeeping room—where clean towels were stored—was untidy and unhygienic.The restaurant offered very limited options, which was surprising given the property’s rating.Overall, there were several small issues that added up, and unfortunately, we did not have a good stay. When we checked out, there were many complaining.

Liked: Room was nice and amenities were sufficient as well. The breakfast was great and the Level benefits were a nice touch. Price was higher for such room but it is to be expected in London and in this neighborhood.
Disliked: The fact that it has been over 2 weeks I left the hotel and they still have not sent back the refund and this is over their 7-10 wd-s policy.
