Disliked: Lifts took a long while No one was explained the benefits of facilities of Level so I felt the value was low for the premium costPicture on web site of premium room did not match the room either by design or qualityIt wasn’t clear where the private lounge area was for level as large ones like reception rather than a loungeMelia Online checkout and anted to take money I had already paid via travel agent rather than just extras

Liked: The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. The complementary drinks and bar snacks were fabulous, perfect after a long day travelling.The travel cot was up and ready for us, that was so helpful. We also had to leave very early in the morning so they made us takeaway bags of breakfast.
Disliked: The air con in the room wasn’t as good as it could be, didn’t ever get cold. Being in central London, street noise is very loud so you can’t open a window as you wouldn’t sleep. A small improvement could be a few more nespresso pods in the room, not decaf, us parents always need more caffeine!

Level lounge worth the extra....

Liked: Convenient location for meLevel lounge for me was great. Felt a bit more homely than a bar with larger tables as well as smaller ones available. Range of seating etc.
Disliked: Terrible smell of stale water in the first room given. Then only option was a lower floor room which was noisy despite being at the end of a corridor. Lack of attention to detail - thin fraying towels, lotion and wash products not filled up and attached (to stop people pilfering) but meant I had no soap No bin in the room - felt bad leaving my rubbish around

Liked: The bed in the junior suite was lovely and big and comfy. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the access to the level bar with complimentary drinks and snacks was a great added bonus.
Disliked: From the photos I was expecting the junior suite to be a big open plan room but we got one with two separate areas, which meant the bedroom was really small. I didn't like having the bath in the bedroom, again from the photos I thought that was in the bathroom. And I didn't like the see through shower wall.
