Impressed!

Liked: Amazing location next to Regent's Park. Walked through the park, along the Regent's canal to Primrose Hill. Also easy and not too far to walk to Oxford Street area and other attractions. Bed very large and comfortable. Shower good too.Ate in the main restaurant. Food convenient and good, but not exceptional. Had to send soup back as it wasn't hot enough. Waiters were excellent particularly Herbert and Alston. We enjoyed complimentary snacks in the Level during the afternoon. Nice scones, drinks etc. Even popcorn and sweets for children (not exclusively!)
Disliked: Would have appreciated some written advice and instructions in the room on restaurant times and TV controls etc. A bit outdated I know, but it's an easy and quick way to learn what you need to know about a hotel.

Liked: lovely rooms and i really enjoyed the welcome with a glass of fizz. Staff were excellent and the breakfast was also really good... so much choice!! - thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

Liked: Check-in painfully slow and checking out
Disliked: Asked to have a room ready for us to get changed into. Left ber6nclesr instructions before we arrived by email and on the phone. We had the Ambassador of the UAE staying with us and simple request to have someone ready to iron 3 shirts. We were going to Ascot. That was a disaster , no one ready and the person lied to had the shirts. It was so so embarrassing for me and we were delayed by 30 mins
