Lovely two nights away, perfect...

Liked: Great location minutes from st pancras. really lovely art deco hotel Welcoming and lovely atmosphere Spacious rooms! The level access with complementary drinks and Tapas was great. Staff was so helpful really good value for money we will be booking Melia every time we visit London moving forward.
Disliked: NA

Not the stay we had...

Liked: The breakfast buffet for the Level was quite good.
Disliked: Our trading lights by the bed did not work the entire stay even though we reported it 3 times. The front desk did not once answer the phone even after attempts over several days. The mattress pad was too small for the king size bed.

A below average experience although...

Liked: Great location
Disliked: Had a leak in the room, relocating room took a while. Luggage couldn’t be found. Mini bar completely unstocked in the room.

Liked: Great location, friendly staff. The hotel is well maintained and extremely comfortable.
Disliked: Maid service knocked on our door at 08:30 to ask when we were checking out, no table service at breakfast in the level lounge, we had to wait for a table for breakfast. Two of the coffee machines were broken, that spoiled the otherwise excellent stay.

Fantastic hotel in a great...

Liked: Loved the executive lounge which I found so calm and relaxing and the location was brilliant. A short walk from Euston station and very close to Regents Park which is beautiful and doesn’t feel like it’s in the middle of London. The restaurant delivered great food and the staff were all very helpful.
Disliked: The only tiny negative is if you’re sharing the room with someone other than your partner, the glass screen between the bedroom and the bathroom could be awkward.

Liked: This hotel truly exceeded my expectations!Considering that London is often known for average-quality hotels and uninspiring breakfasts (unless you're paying for luxury), this place was an absolute surprise.I had three key priorities: excellent breakfast, proximity to the metro, and a comfortable room for a family of three — all of these were perfectly met.The staff were extremely professional, helpful, and the communication was simply outstanding. The hotel is also very family-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable.The breakfast was brilliant! I definitely recommend keeping in mind the peak hours, as the hotel is large and the breakfast area can get quite busy.I will definitely return — one of the best experiences I’ve had in London!
