Liked: Staff should realize that front desk is entry and exit. The noise is overwhelming. A bar does not exists. This aver the long run this is necessary.
Disliked: Hitel business must not be conducted in public aeeas

Liked: The inn is beautiful, clean and the keepers are very helpful and friendly

Disliked: My only issue is that around 1am there were several people in the hallway slamming a door twice and talking very loud, which awakened me and they were persistent enough that getting back to sleep was hard. If there were more signs about quiet hour that would maybe have helped but idk. Breakfast could’ve had more options but overall was good.

Liked: Fantastic locations and facilities when visiting the charming Berkshire town of Lenox. Noah went above and beyond to ensure that my party was comfortable after a red-eye flight and long drive from the west coast. Staff is terrific.

We had a delightful stay...

Liked: My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, in walking distance of restaurants and shops. Our room was lovely with ample space. The continental breakfast offered many delicious choices, and the afternoon cookies were a bonus. As it was off-season, the price was right. The staff was pleasant and professional.
Disliked: We had no complaints or additional suggestions. We wish we could have stayed longer.
