Cotswolds' Gem
Liked: Beautiful accommodation in this very special town. Five minutes walk to the centre of town. This is the second time we have stayed at the Lansdown and we noted the refresh of decor since 2019. Beautifully presented rooms with a feeling of being at home, coming and going with your own keys to the building. Very friendly welcome. Beautiful start to the day with a hearty breakfast and a welcome by staff. Parking on site.Central location to explore Burton on the Water and the Cotswolds.

Liked: Breakfast was good but the tea on the second morning tasted strangeā¦ not sure but I think they gave us decaf tea, it tasted metallic? Room was spacious but pillows uncomfortable and the toilet seat was loose. Location was perfect and staff most welcoming.
Disliked: Loose toilet seat and pillows were uncomfortable, difficult to keep pillows soft and fluffy.
