Liked: A total treat from arrival to departure. This is what a 1st rate hotel should aspire to. Attentive but discreet service, with personal touches. The Langham has a distinct vibe about it - a slightly retro classic look but with a modern day style in service.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike - will be our go-to London hotel should we be fortunate enough to return.
