This is a very clean hotel and the room was lovely. King size bed was the best part.

Don't go; It smells; less than half of the lights were on. What a dump. They should have paid me to stay there. I will never go on your website again.

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the room was nice. Dated hotel, but comfortable. Friendly customer service. It was the perfect stay over for the concert at the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion.

Liked: Location to the Colonial theater.
Disliked: Breakfast was not very appetizing. Cleanliness of the room; the bed did not seem clean and there was apparent toothpast spatter on the bathroom wall and some stickyness om bathroom floor. Staff was not at desk when we arrived at 2:30 PM. After 5 minute wait man arrived but was unable to check us in, so he had to wait another ten minutes for a woman to arrive from elsewhere in the building to check us in. Also, there were apparently homeless people staying there.

Disliked: charged $10 for an hour early check-in. Room was not cleaned properly, dust, crumbs. window shade was torn, bathroom was falling apart. Hotel needs updating

Liked: Lobby, bathroom, rooms, pool, cafeteria - all very clean
Disliked: Breakfast is very poor. We booked this hotel with breakfast so that we didn’t have to get up and search for a place to have breakfast. This is a bummer!! Such a good place but very poor breakfast!
