Disappointing. The hotel felt tired....

Liked: Location, breakfast & staff at breakfast excellent
Disliked: The senior person on reception on arrival was not pleasant on welcome when we arrived at 2pm.We had a call the previous day to confirm our booking and ask for 2pm check in - said they would try their best.We got our room at 3.45pm- room 220 When we entered -bedding on floor and no duvetThe girl we then dealt with in reception was excellent - changed us to room 115When we entered that room - the cleaners note was there which stated that room 220 was to be ready for early check in (our original room) In the fridge of room 115 was left over wine, pure orange and yogurt from previous guests - we did not flag this but left a note for cleaners when leaving

Liked: The room was excellent no.217.The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly. Definitely hope to stay there again and recommend it to friends.

Unforgettable!

Liked: Because it was my 1st wedding anniversary, and I asked for a room looking over the Shannon, Nicole upgraded our room to the Bridal Suite, it was extremely nice of her and the Hotel. It just thingsike that, that makes a big difference, it was exceptional!! Thank you!
Disliked: Difficult to find any flaws...

Liked: Great location and amazing staff. Every member of staff we met had a warming smile and hello, means a lot these days. Amazing food and a great selection for breakfast. You even get different types of coffees which we really appreciated. Wish we could have stayed longer.
Disliked: I would say the only thing needed is a bit of a revamp which I believe they are trying to do. Whilst our room was clean, it was just a little tired.
