Check-in was super smooth and easy. The staff members were happy to answer all of our questions and even gave us great recommendations. Our room was cute and very clean. I'd stay there again.

Liked: Conveniently located in walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go during our visit. Our room was very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Parking was rough, but that's a city thing.

Our stay was great! Even during the Mardi Gras season we had a great time. The staff was very helpful with turn by turn directions on how to access the hotel over the phone. The hotel was located directly on the parade route and we were redirected around the city to make it around the parade route. The accommodation was great. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Linens were fresh and bathrooms were spotless. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent location for visiting New...

Liked: Prime location between French Quarter and the National WW2 Museum. Very close to street car stops going west or east. Staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The rooms needed some updating. The main electrical outlet had two bad plugs out of four. The staff would sometimes not leave soap or right number of towels. The bar soap was only good for two days. We purchased our own bar soap.

Exceptional

Liked: I loved everything about our stay. The hotel is beautiful and historic. The location was perfect. It's located at the trolley line and that was very convenient. It isn't in the middle of all the crowds so it wasn't loud at all, but close enough to Canal St that a quick ride on the trolley or a short walk made it the perfect location. The room's were beautiful and comfortable. We had a balcony and that was a plus. The employees were all friendly and helpful. Kevin, the door man, is a gem! He is the best thing this hotel can ask for.
