Sharlene, Philadelphia, visiting Booth Theatre

Liked: It was a good location for going to the theater and dinner. Not too far from Penn Station. The room and bathroom were spacious. Good breakfast.
Disliked: The room was not well lit. Hallways monochromatic and dark. Not a fan of the "modern" look hotels have been adopting.

Liked: Location,,, cleaness … good house keeping … excellent reception
Disliked: Some night security staff and butlers are not friendly … scaffolding is annoying !!!

Not as expected

Liked: The location was nice and it was in the center of times square
Disliked: The rooms were not clean and when we call for anything like dental kit or asking for extra water takes lot of time
