Liked: It was a good location for going to the theater and dinner. Not too far from Penn Station. The room and bathroom were spacious. Good breakfast.
Disliked: The room was not well lit. Hallways monochromatic and dark. Not a fan of the "modern" look hotels have been adopting.

A quiet, clean oasis in...

Liked: First, this hotel is in the heart of Times Square and right on one of the most convenient subway interchange stations...yet feels completely removed from the crowds and craziness of Times Square.Second, from the check-in clerk, to the room service delivery person, to the evening elevator attendant, to the luggage storage crew...and especially the concierge, who helped me with multiple restaurant recommendations...the staff was personable, professional, and seemed truly happy to help.
Disliked: I honestly can't think of anything that I didn't like.

Great Weekend stay

Liked: I liked the location and the ambiance was great. i liked the rooftop bar and the staff were nice
Disliked: The wait time for the elevator was terrible and two of the three elevators are extremely tiny. It took forever to get up and down from your room.

Liked: The hotel was wonderful. Clean with everything provided for a comfortable stay. The rooftop lounge was an added bonus.

Great location, super comfortable but...

Liked: Great location beside many subway stations and the center of it all. Spacious room (family of 3 with city view). Comfortable bed and amenities. Exceptionally clean (room serviced twice a day) Friendly concierge staff. Good fitness room.
Disliked: Rated a 5 star but lacking the facilities. Biggest one as everyone keeps mentioning in the review - no tea/coffee making facilities! Only available before 7am at reception, afterwards you have to pay for it in attached cafe. Only one country/voltage adapter for plugs available throughout the hotel apparently… usually standard in a 5 star per room. Breakfast not included, again this is strange for the star rating in my opinion. Enjoyed our stay but it’s the little things which would send us to look elsewhere next time.
