Great location, but not up...

Liked: Central location. Good room, overlooking the square.
Disliked: Typical chain hotel, where the staff ( unsupervised) seemed vacant, in their actions and facial expression. (sad).

Liked: Central to Richmond.
Disliked: Didn’t have a tv lounge where we could watch the women’s European Cup final with others. Think hotel should have made provision for this. Also found it to be expensive.
