Liked: Mini fridge, with 2 bottles of water & bottle of milk, which was a nice touch. Bed very comfortable, big bath.
Disliked: A little noisy from other guests talking in corridor, but nothing you can do about that & it was only while they waited for lift.

Fantastic place to stay, thanks

Liked: Massive improvement from our first stay 20 years ago. Staff were a delight from reception and bar to housekeeping .Very helpful a real pleasure to be around. Location is perfect in the centre of Christchurch. Our room was on the top floor not the usual square vibe most hotels seem to consider the norm this was characterful with beams. Nice shower room , aircon, tea and coffee facilities, iron and ironing board and hairdryer everything had been thought of
Disliked: Our room was on the top floor next to the lift which was slightly noisy but not too bad . The bed however wasn’t the most comfortable both my wife and I felt this was the only negative on our whole stay

Liked: Excellent place to stay breakfast very good but flowers 💐 on the tables need changing alot were dead, also would have drunk in hotel but went to pub up the road as hotel far to expensive and i felt that is why it was always practically empty, staff fantastic 10 out of 10.👍
Disliked: Bar prices as above.
