Liked: Fabulous location central to all the lovely sights of christchurch. View from our room one of the best overlooking the bowling green and the priory. Beautifully decorated room with stunning large picture window.
Disliked: Been charged for cappuccino at breakfast

Liked: Breakfast great, room tiny on top floor but adequate, though windows could do with refurbishing. Didn't eat dinner unfortunately. Staff at front reception superb.
Disliked: Not much to be honest, it is a great place, our second stay, and we would return. We would probably book ourselves a better room.
