Liked: The hotel was beautiful. The room was so clean and comfortable. The coffee machine was a lovely touch!

Mostly good, couple of niggles

Disliked: I was a bit miffed to find I had been charged for use of minibar afterwards. There was what apepared to be complimentary biscuits and crisps on top of the fridge, alongside the teas and coffees, but apparently not and they charged me for these (I didn't touch anything in the fridge). Also slightly disappointing that breakfast was not included in overall price, and that I was charged for a cup of tea alongside the breakfast too.

A convenient location, great room

Liked: The room was excellent with wonderful facilities. The decor was modern and it was all exceptionally clean (e.g. not even limescale in the kettles). Staff were friendly and helpful. It was convenient that there was a restaurant downstairs that could accommodate you for breakfast or dinner and a nice menu.
