The Kings Arms is an 18th Century Inn located in the picturesque village of Montacute near to the stately home Montacute House used for filming 'Sense and Sensibility'. Our 15 spacious rooms with attached bathroom have recently been refurbished and most offer exquisite views of South Somerset. We have an on-site restaurant and a bar with an open roaring log fire providing various meal options and a relaxed atmosphere. The Kings Arms Inn offers easy access to nearby Yeovil.

Truly memorable stay, an excellent...

Liked: Really excellent breakfast, selection was best of our trip. Evening meal was superb, the steak and burger were top quality. Room was clean and comfortable and staff were very friendly during all contacts.
Disliked: Liked it all.

Very good

Liked: Lovely clean room, very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast.
Disliked: Car park on a slope and gravelled which makes it a slight challenge for motorcycle parking.

Superb

Liked: Very beautiful location in a very cute town 5 minutes away from the georgeous Montacute Manor. The Staff was very friendly and the food very good, we had dinner and breakfast. The rooms are oldscool but tidy and had everything needed for a good night sleep.
