Liked: This was my second stay at The Kenilworth Hotel, and once again, it was absolutely fantastic. I came from London a week early to cover a wedding and spent two wonderful weeks here with my family. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the housekeepers were respectful and hardworking, and the 24-hour coffee machine was a lovely touch. We especially enjoyed the delicious cooked breakfasts and the comfortable rooms. Great location, great service — I’ll definitely be back again!
Disliked: Absolutely nothing! The staffs attitude was great and good first business

Liked: Comfortable and convenient.
Disliked: The 10-inch personal pizzas from the bar were soggy microwaved pizzas.The minifridge was too close to the bed so that when both the cabinet door and fridge door were open, I struggled to actually put something into it. The two doors and foot of the bed barricaded the fridge.
