What a nice boutique hotel.

Liked: This was the true example of a 5 star hotel. Mid range of the places I was looking. Far exceeded my expectations. Great chic, decor. The stopped clocks seemed to be a theme throughout. Front dest, valet and room service were wonderful. The mini bar priced out well below comparable hotels. We enjoyed. Easy check-in and out. Valet always had my car read right away. Look forward to my next stay.
Disliked: The lounge staff was very snooty in spite of what we paid for our room. We appeared to be below her class. If she only knew. Needless to say, we enjoyed eating and drinking all around Charlotte.

Disliked: Not much parking available other than valet parking . Was also charged for wine and items at the bar in our room that we never touched. Staff was nice enough to give me a refund.

Liked: The location was perfect. I attended an event and the hotel was directly across the street, which made it very convenient. I also ate dinner at a wonderful restaurant on the same block.
Disliked: The elevator made me nervous. It is quite old and should be updated. Breakfast was an additional cost; I feel it should have been included in the rate.

Liked: I loved the room but it was SO HOT I couldn?t sleep. I tried everything, turning the air all the way down, keeping all the doors open, making sure it was on but it feels like there is no air conditioning in the bed room.
Disliked: Air conditioning. TOO HOT
