Liked: The room is OK clean. The location is good close to stores grocery markets and restaurants. Also the beach and warf are close
Disliked: They have no coffee maker inside the room. Or good Netflix service

Great Value with Clean remodeled...

Liked: Room looked like new with bright carpets, hand soap foam, Xfinity & remote, mini-freezer/refrigerator and more
Disliked: Two problems, only cable channel I wanted to see, TNT, was having repeated technical problems. The body gel dispense in the bath/shower only had a few drops of gel.

Clean, safe & wonderful staff

Liked: The property is clean and I felt safe traveling alone. Staff were super nice and helpful. I visit Santa Cruz a lot and usually stay here.
