Good

Liked: The room was a good size with a comfortable bed
Disliked: I agree with the comments regarding the breakfast and there wasn’t enough variety for me. Didn’t particularly cater for a vegan unfortunately. I had also started my breakfast and was asked to move table so they could accommodate a family of four. As a solo table it did make me feel uncomfortable in a room full of people also eating their breakfast who were not asked. Bathroom had a sewage smell throughout my whole stay which I did report and resulted to leaving the bathroom window open to try and get rid of. I could tell housekeeping tried to keep on top of it, so assuming there is more of an issue with pipework. From my five weeks travelling through America this was probably my least favourite stay of all my accommodation unfortunately, which was disappointing.

The staff is very friendly...

Liked: The location, the atmosphere of the cafe area, and the room deco.
Disliked: I booked a room with double beds and the space is really limited for a whole family ( 2 adults and 2 kids) to stay. Also, there is no coffee maker in the room.

Perfect!!!!

Liked: Location was perfect! Staff was super nice, and made our first trip to NY exceptional. The breakfast and coffee was great! Room was a good size, no noise, and beds were super comfy!
Disliked: N/A

Definitely recommend stay here.

Liked: My first impression of this place was not so clear; but as my stay prolonged over four nights, it grew on me. By the time I was ready to leave, I was going to miss staying at Iroquois. Staff was excellent and friendly, breakfast was also good, location close to all main attractions.
Disliked: Some breakfast items were planned menu items and having to request and wait; I understand this was to control wastage, and therefore no issue for me.

Perfect location. Great staff- especially...

Liked: Breakfast was in a lovely sky lit room. Staff were super friendly & efficient. Croissants were lovely! Nice quality food & plenty of it.
Disliked: 1) More choice of cereal. 2) Option of a bacon only sandwich, or bacon with the toast as we were told we couldn’t have slices of bacon on a plate; we don’t always eat eggs which was in the only two choices of breakfast sandwiches.Coffee & tea making facilities in the room would be great.
