I should've read the reviews before booking. Normally I do, however this time I was so excited that they were going to feed me breakfast I forgot to check everything else and then I didn't even get my breakfast.

Liked: Beds were good and comfortable. No bed bugs.
Disliked: Overfilling trash containers out front. Poor front desk help at check in. No breakfast; no ice; coffee maker didn't have a basket. Smelled of urine in the hall. TV didn't work. Door didn't shut completely on it's own. Poor lighting.

Everything else was nice.

Liked: Overall not bad.
Disliked: Sink would not drain and shower had barely any water coming out.

Liked: Rooms were very nice.

Exceptional

Liked: Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. And only for $500/night, what a steal! The hotel has everything you need: rooms, an alley to get to the rooms and there’s even a pool (can’t access) but that’s ok. And wow the property was so clean you could barely notice the cockroaches. Totally recommend it

Never again.

Disliked: My room was given away. The staff claimed that I had already checked in. They would not ask follow-up questions or answer any of mine. I had to argue with the staff to prove that I was indeed who I said I was. They had me go to the room that I had booked to wake up the person they had allowed to go in there and sleep. I was given our replacement room that had spiders and ants.

Liked: The price was good but only because it was booked well ahead of arrival.
Disliked: The surrounding area is poor and probably not safe. Water leaked from somewhere onto the bathroom floor. The whole hotel is shabby.

Bad

Terrible and would not come...

Liked: The only good thing was being close to the Zoo.
Disliked: Filthy. The entire hotel was gross. Puke in the hallway, randow junk in open rooms, run down building, trash outside, our room had a hole in the wall and paper stuffed into the peep hole. The shower also did not look clean.

Liked: Friendly staff
Disliked: Unclean hallways. Smelled like weed everywhere. Not all outlets worked. Lamps by bed did not work. Fire alarm went off late in the night. Hallway ceiling had active leak. Trashy middle area outside balcony. Door did not close flush.
