The Inn & Suites Omaha Near Zoo

I should've read the reviews before booking. Normally I do, however this time I was so excited that they were going to feed me breakfast I forgot to check everything else and then I didn't even get my breakfast.

Liked: Beds were good and comfortable. No bed bugs.
Disliked: Overfilling trash containers out front. Poor front desk help at check in. No breakfast; no ice; coffee maker didn't have a basket. Smelled of urine in the hall. TV didn't work. Door didn't shut completely on it's own. Poor lighting.

Everything else was nice.

Liked: Overall not bad.
Disliked: Sink would not drain and shower had barely any water coming out.

Liked: Rooms were very nice.

Liked: Despite poor feedback this motel has got I was satisfied. Great bed, great jacuzzi in my room, great shover.
Disliked: On the 2nd morning it was loud at the hallway, no idea what was going on there. And they run out of breakfast but I got mine so I guess I should be fine.

Liked: How cheap it is and the location to the zoo
Disliked: The hotel looks like it’s under construction which is nice but the room me and someone else that got a different room were half finished with the smell of paint fumes being really strong. The bathroom was really gross and the handle looks like it was covered in dried cement. Everything was unplugged with the window shade being off the rails on the floor. When I brought it up to the staff a language barrier was in place. Also walking through the halls there was a strong sewage odor. Stayed 8/1/25

Liked: It was close to the zoo, that was the only good thing.
Disliked: The beds smelled like urine, the bathroom door didn’t have a doorknob, the air conditioner kept going out and smelled funny, the room smelled like mold and mildew, there was no soap in the bathroom to wash my hands, the fridge didn’t work.
