Liked: How was absolutely amazing. I had to rearrange some dates with the Jasper disaster. Was messaging Jo directly but ended up having to get into booking.com. The process was quite slow, so Joe took the initiative and contacted them directly for me. Sorted it all out and jet me know. Also offered ( for no charge) a cooked breakfast -it was delicious. Nothing was too much trouble. I love having a kettle in my room -done. Needed an iron - the same. Gorgeous spacious accomodation. I can’t thank Joe enough - he really is a National Treasure

Disliked: there is no service provided (no laundry, no staff on site, no touristic tip)

Could not have asked for...

Liked: The property was very clean, cozy and comfortable. We had two rooms and both were equally fantastic.
Disliked: The service from check in, to breakfast, to checkout was excellent. Joe was an amazing host. He was friendly, kind and super interesting to chat with.
