Perfect for just overnight stay

Liked: Close to college campus The morning coffee and pastries were a nice touch.
Disliked: The heater was very loud

Decent and the location was...

Liked: Location relative to people we were visiting. Pool. Restaurant on site. Quiet.
Disliked: Sink and toilet not separated. Only mirror in the bathroom. Torn shower curtain. Had to request mat for tub. Had to request housekeeping and towels not replaced. Breakfast minimal.

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: Our room was very dirty. The bed sheets had a fake eyelash on them and what looked like a food stain. The bathroom had major water damage and grime in the shower.
