We got excellent service from front desk concierge, shuttle driver, bartender... Can't wait to go back and stay again.

Loved the free shuttle into town, free bus ride back, pool and jacuzzi. Room was great with a great view.

Great location, comfy rooms, affordable...

Liked: Room was nice, bonus having the kitchenette area (fridge, coffee maker, microwave). Ground floor room with a outdoor area that overlooked Buttermilk and the pool (mountain was already closed for season, we were in town for a concert). Staff was great and the on-demand shuttle was fantastic to get into town.
Disliked: Bummer that the restaurant had stopped being open for breakfast the week prior. The BBQ smelled delish but we didn't get a chance to try it.

Enjoyable stay

Liked: Great bar/restaurant and lovely the lobby with ski lockers for each room. The shuttle was fantastic (note-does not go to Snowmass) and really efficient! Fantastic location! Rooms were very clean.
Disliked: Room was a great size but a little tired compared with the rest of the hotel. Mattress was awful so we didn’t really sleep well at all (creaking very loudly and excessive transmission of movement to the other sleeper).Some of the staff on the front desk could have perhaps been a little more outgoing and friendly. Need another person on at breakfast time in the restaurant as it was just one guy doing all the work (and another guy doing not very much!)

Overall a good experience staying...

Liked: The location of The Inn and our room was excellent with free to and fro rides to anywhere you want to go.
Disliked: The only downside was our room wasn't soundproof. We could hear everything our neighbors were saying.

You can't beat the location...

Liked: The location is fantastic of course. Walk right out to the Summit Express lift. The hotel itself needs some updates and maintenance. Rhe beds are not comfortable. Some kind of memory foam mattress on a futon like frame, no box springs. The fold out couch had seen better days and needs replacing. The roon size is good and the rooms have small refrigerators and microwave oven and coffee maker. The ski lockers near the door to the lifts are great! The restaurant is very good and the place as busy every night when we were there. Last weekend of the season. The staff was great on everything. Very helpful and friendly. The shuttle to the airport and Aspen town itself is free and very much appreciated.
Disliked: The property is just aging and needs updates and exterior maintenance. Lots of peeling paint and rotting fascia. The bed is just not comfortable and it is way too low. Reminds me if Ikea college dorm beds.
