Liked: Convenient location
Disliked: The food was average (we ordered dinner and breakfast). Service was slow both for room service and at the restaurant (The Rebel Room).

Liked: They overbooked and wanted to send us to lousy hotel, which had horrible reviews.
Disliked: We did not get to see the property thanks to them overbooking.

Terrible experience, no chair, broken...

Liked: The location is very convenient. It's walking distance to the restaurants at the Market Square.
Disliked: Terrible experience based on the fact that:1. When I entered the room, there was no chair for the desk. How was I supposed to use the desk for work?2. The curtain in the room was broken, it could not be rolled up nor down.3. When I took my packed dinner back to the hotel, the front desk guy asked me "Are you delivering the food". Excuse me? 4. The room given to me was very small.5. When I booked the room, I added a note that "At the end of hallway preferred". However, the room given to me was right next to the elevator, which was very noisy.6. The sound proofing was terrible, I could hear the very loud door-shuts, the sound of elevator, and the traffics on the street coming through the window. Basically, I could not really rest well.The worst, I booked this stay from my company travel booking system. Marriott didn't give me credits for the stay, meaning no elite nights and points for the stay to my Marriot Bonvoy member account.
