Disliked: Not being able to open windows - I had no idea

Liked: Amazing location, really liked the bar area downstairs. The room was tidy and clean.
Disliked: Room is tiny, so small, not even a wardrobe in there. Cleaning is on a request basis and when i did request it i came back 5 hours later to find it hadnt been cleaned. When youre paying hundreds of pounds a night for a room, having it cleaned is the very least you should expect.
