Superb

Liked: Staff are always excellent and this was no exception.
Disliked: Very noisy guests in next door room. Soundproofing isn't good.

Great location, very friendly personnel...

Liked: Great location, room was not big but great bed and shower.
Disliked: The TV was broken during my stay. Not a biggie but annoying.

Fabulous hotel with wonderful staff...

Liked: I was upgraded from a deluxe single to a deluxe double which was nice. The room was relatively small but perfectly manageable. It was extremely well furnished and decorated and perfectly clean. Similarly, the shower room was small but more than adequate from my needs. The shower was great with plentiful hot water. There was also very efficient air-conditioning whch was a great bonus in the few days I was there as temperatures were very high.The staff that I met were really great - always welcoming and friendly, and very helpful. I was able to leave my luggage there, both before checking in and again at the end of my stay before I went back to the train station. which was only a short walk away. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in London.
Disliked: A noisy family in the next room, coming in very late one night with argumentative children but that was no fault of the hotel
