It was okay for one...

Liked: Very good bed, friendly staff and perfect quit location near St. Pancras. Enough restaurants and breakfast placed in the area
Disliked: No water in the room, very small bath room, poor offer of hotel cosmetics in the bath room. (no separate hair conditioner and only combined shampoo/shower gel)

Clean rooms, a warm welcome...

Liked: Good location. Comfortable room. Very helpful staff. Can’t fault it! Not a chain - felt nice to be using an independent hotel.
Disliked: Room on the small side but had everything I needed so that’s not really a negative !

Convenient location but pricey for...

Liked: The location suited my needs . My room was quiet , the bed was comfortable and the shower was good . There was 24 hour reception . There was a choice of lighting in the room .
Disliked: My room was on the lower ground floor , so there was no "city view" from my window . There was visible dust on the kettle . The TV had limited channels on it . There was noise from nearby rooms being serviced before 9.00 .

Liked: Staff were very friendly. Location was great. Room was small, but fine for me. Bathroom was clean.
Disliked: The WiFi did not work at all in my room at any point.

Great value when staying in...

Liked: Very close to the station. I was able to leave my luggage before check in and after check out, which was greatly appreciated. The single room, although small, was perfect for my short stay. Clean, had all that I needed

Liked: credit where it's due - staff was friendly
Disliked: terrible hotel. room was no bigger than 8m2 (90 sqft app). I used the hair dryer and triggered the fire alarm. The staff entered my room without knocking while I was in underwear and told me not to use it again. Horrible hotel and expensive.
