Liked: The design idea was cute.
Disliked: We arrived to the property and an elderly gentleman who was quite overwhelmed struggled to get us the key to our room.He ran my credit card multiple times while the machine was off and finally realized what he was doing.We arrived to our suite there were 2 towels for 6 people… I went to open the Sofa bed, and found a crusty croissant smashed inside, the bed was not made, and the couch seemed broken. It was disgusting.We were them changed to another room, which only took 30mins at 10pm with 4 children.The next room had a bad smell but we opened windows and went to sleep.We get up to leave the next morning and find 3 charges made to our credit card.The manager apologized and promised to return the Money. We are still waiting for $530.57 now nearly 10 days later.Really upset and disappointed with this hotel.

Liked: Property was pretty and cozy inside- living room spaces were very cozy looking.
Disliked: It was SO NOISY- it did not seem like many people were there but we could hear EVERYTHING and we both could barely sleep. We could hear staff at front desk in evening and at 6am we were awakened by all sorts of noise on the floor above us. The staff did not ask us about our stay and the person checking out in front of us- complained about being awakened by the noise at 6am too.
