MJ, OC, visiting Hollywood and Highland
All rooms have one queen bed only. They state on their site up to two children may stay free but do not state there are no extra beds available. I was not clearly informed of that before booking online and was disappointed when checking in. We were provided with one extra blanket and sheet per request. We were told no extra pillows were to be provided. We had four already. My husband and I slept on the floor and our children slept on the bed. This place is perfect for two people but not for four. It should be clearly noted that there is only one bed and NO rollaways or sofa beds provided. Breakfast was simple (bagels, coffee, juice, fruit) but good. However, the room they serve it in is the check in area and is very small and cramped. The receptionist tried to encourage people to "grab and go" or take our food back to our rooms to help clear the crowd. The rooms do not have a table or chair inside so that leaves you with eating sitting on your bed. Not ideal.
Liked: Location; walking distance to Walk of Fame and Red Line. Very clean room.
Disliked: No extra beds provided. Rooms need a small table and chair.
Anna, St.Louis, MO, visiting Hollywood Palladium
Great for the price. Everything was clean, but the bathroom was outdated and had a towel rack covering the only outlet in the bathroom. We just wanted to stay close to the Palladium and it was not a far walk at all. The breakfast was simple; just bagels and cream cheese and fruit. It was by no means a luxury hotel but we paid $80 when others in the neighborhood were $200. For the price it was great! We had no major complaints, but we weren't expecting the Ritz.
Liked: Affordable.
Disliked: No elevator.

Good location. Simple clean hotel....
Liked: Close to Hollywood Boulevard and some eateries. Great for Hop on hop Off bus. Nice to be so close to the action. Andres was a friendly front desk staff member who always greeted us happily. The laundry lady was helpful also. Room and bathroom were clean. Good for a short stay. Air conditioned and a fan which was great.
Disliked: Bed seemed small. ? A double. Rooms are small with not much space but that was ok as we were only there a few nights. No kettle or coffee making facilities which would be nice. No cutlery. So couldn’t take a meal back either. A few homeless around but they seemed to be no trouble. Probably wouldn’t walk to hotel late at night and it’s a pity there’s no outside area to sit away from the bedroom.

Incredible location and worth the...
Liked: Great location and surprising price. The manager was very helpful. It's the perfect place to appreciate the very heart of Hollywood. Everything is at a short walking distance.
Disliked: There is no parking available so be aware you need to self-park your car or go on the expensive overnight parking lots in the area. I actually parked the car in the Metro parking at Universal Studios ($3/day) and went back and forth with the Metro train, it's just one stop!

Quiet, clean and good location
Liked: Easy check in, the staff is super friendly. We were able to leave our luggage there for a couple hours after check out. I also really liked the location because it was quiet and the room was super comfortable and clean. It can get a little weird around the area at night, but during the day I walked around and never felt unsafe. There are some really nice coffee shops and restaurants close by. Would definitely go back.
Disliked: Nothing really.
