The Hotel @ Fifth Avenue

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and courteous. The location was just right. We found a gem of a property in Manhattan. We are so looking forward to our next trip to NY.

Disliked: Was not made aware that the breakfast room was closed when booking the reservation.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything! The beds were memory foam and so comfortable! Our room seemed newly remodeled. The room was a bit small but we didn't care - just needed it to sleep and shower! The staff was friendly and helpful. The valet guy could have been a little more friendly but our car got to the parking garage and that's all we needed! The parking garage is right across the street so that was very convenient. We had a great stay!

Liked: Modern contemporary looking inside. Fantastic location. Right in Korea town. Spoilt for choices for food. Walking distance to Empire State Building and Times Square. Comes with water dispenser and coffee maker. Can leave our bags in the storage after checking out.
Disliked: Room space is a bit tight which is to be expected in New York City.

Liked: The location was convenient (near Penn Station), and the front desk workers and cleaners were friendly. The sheets were soft, and the AC worked very well.
Disliked: Late weekend nights, aggressive honking on the street outside our window made it hard to sleep.
